OCNSM

Q: What crews are you in?

ATM, LFK, MAP, 401K

Q: Where are you originally from?

Portland, OR.

Q: What got you interested in graffiti/what got you to start writing?

Friends got me into it. Always been into art, so I started with wheat pasting posters, and then went to stickers and graffiti. I'd had other names for awhile, early mentors like MOATER67, 401K homies like TESTER got me into it a bit more. Wasn't until I'd befriended SURER ATM, (R.I.P.), that I really took my style more seriously. He really pushed me to do quality over quantity.

Q: How do you pronounce your name?

I go by OC.

Q: How did you come up with your name?

I used to go by OVERCONSUME, but that name just got too long and I wanted a name with no meaning. Name isn't as important as the style.

Q: What are your favorite markers for stickers?

Standard Sharpie chisel tip. That grip!!

Q: What's your favorite city and what is the scene like there?

Seoul, KOREA. small and growing. Piecing styles vary a bit. I used to hate a lot of the styles because they were all the same, super technical and illegible with bad letter structures. Now it's getting more diverse and fun. My style is simple, very simple.

Q: Lastly what is your favorite instant ramen?

In English, called Gamja Myun (Potato Noodles) Korean instant ramen is hands down the best.
