Packages typically ship 2-3 days after your order. The tracking number will be sent to your email and you should receive it in a timely manner unless there are interruptions beyond my power. 

What if I gave the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us at contact@washerestore.com if you have provided the incorrect shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes.

Why didn't my tracking update yet?

If for some reason it has been more than 3-5 days, and your tracking hasn't updated, please send us an email. The number was more than likely added wrong, or there may be a delay. This is a one man operation and I do my best to get everyone their product in a timely order, but every now and then I make a mistake. I will try my best to make shipping as easy as possible. My goal is to get your products to you as fast and as safe as possible. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

We try our best to ship our products all over the world. However, we ask that you are patient if you order from outside of the United States. Orders to other continents can sometimes take anywhere from two weeks to two months. I do not have any control over this shipping time. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

Where do you ship from?

All markers, zines, and stickers ship from Philadelphia, Pa. Any and all merch ships from various printing facilities. This allows for a higher quality product and quick shipping. It also prevents any art supplies from directly affecting the clothing during shipping.

Can I exchange an item from my order?

At this time all sales are final. We currently do not issue refunds or exchanges. However, if an order arrives damaged or wrong we will provide you with a replacement. 

What happens if my order is returned?
If UPS or USPS returns your order to us because the address is undeliverable or there was an error in the address when it was entered on washerestore.com, we will contact you for further instruction.

My package never arrived! Tracking says my package was delivered but I can’t find it.
Contact the mail service provider you selected at checkout, they are responsible for the delivery of your package. You can submit a claim for missing mail, or call customer service to get the details of your package and delivery.

What are Brittle Stickers?

Brittle Stickers, also known as “Egg Shell stickers” are extremely fragile labels which become harder and harder to buff the longer they're on a surface. When you try to remove them they tend to break off in little pieces making the process much harder, tedious, and less likely to occur. If applied properly there should be no way anyone can simply peel the label off. This special material allows the labels to stick to more surfaces than your typical paper or vinyl label. We use the same Egg Shell material as everyone else and we get our product directly from the manufacturer. Our labels are weatherproof and contain fade resistant ink which allows the designs to last longer when exposed to the sun. 

What is Black Violet Ink?

Black Violet Ink is our in house ink that we produce. It is Xylene free and contains alcohol based ink and dyes. It is dark black in color and has some dark purple undertones. 

What surfaces does Black Violet Ink work best on?

It works best on porous surfaces but it is designed to hold its weight on nonporous surfaces as well. I would recommend experimenting with it since it is not possible for me to test every sort of surface. There are too many surfaces to suggest one that is best. Experimenting is the best way to find what works best for you.

What marker do I use Black Violet Ink in?

It was designed to be used in a mop. It can be used in a marker but it may need to be thinned or thickened depending on the marker type. 

Can I use Black Violet Ink on fabric?
I wouldn't.

My tips dried out, what can I do?
Replacement tips may be available. Dipping your marker tip into rubbing alcohol may help as well. 

What is xylene?

Xylene is a thinner which is typically used in more "old school" markers. Markers such as Magic Ink which try to replicate this old school formula typically contain xylene. Xylene is thought to be a carcinogenic, meaning it could potentially give you cancer if you're exposed to it for long periods of time or if you inhale or ingest it. I would recommend using Xylene based markers outdoors or in well ventilated areas. Xylene markers are marked as such on the website and should be used with caution. Although there are potential negative side effects of Xylene based markers the have the potential to be more effective, less likely to dry out, and they give you a reduced chance of being buffed. Keep in mind a Xylene based marker can still fade if exposed to direct sun light for long periods of time. 

How big are your Egg Shell Stickers?

Our labels come in various sizes, the main size is 100mm x 65mm, and our minis are 45mm x 30mm. Make sure to check the product description of every label in order to get the exact size of said label. Mini labels will be marked as mini in order to reduce confusion.

Can I create a design for you?

We are open to possibly working with others on product designs. This includes various merch and stickers. It would have to be on a consignment basis since we are a smaller shop. 

Can I get free stuff?

Sometimes we have giveaways on our Instagram page and each order typically comes with a couple blank stickers. However we don't offer any sort of sponsorships at this time.

Can you carry X product?

If you want us to start carrying a new product feel free to send us a direct message on Instagram or an email with your suggestion. We are open to carrying new products however we try our best to avoid "gimmick" items. We personally test all of our products in order to maintain quality. 

Will you sell my product?

Possibly. It really depends on what it is. We are definitely open to selling zines and even art on consignment.
