Shipping policy
Packages typically ship 2-3 days after your order. The tracking number will be sent to your email and you should receive it in a timely manner unless there are interruptions beyond my power.
What if I gave the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us at contact@washerestore.com if you have provided the incorrect shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes.
Why didn't my tracking update yet?
If for some reason it has been more than 3-5 days, and your tracking hasn't updated, please send us an email. The number was more than likely added wrong, or there may be a delay. This is a one man operation and I do my best to get everyone their product in a timely order, but every now and then I make a mistake. I will try my best to make shipping as easy as possible. My goal is to get your products to you as fast and as safe as possible.
Do you ship worldwide?
We try our best to ship our products all over the world. However, we ask that you are patient if you order from outside of the United States. Orders to other continents can sometimes take anywhere from two weeks to two months. I do not have any control over this shipping time. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
Where do you ship from?
All markers, zines, and stickers ship from Philadelphia, Pa. Any and all merch ships from various printing facilities. This allows for a higher quality product and quick shipping. It also prevents any art supplies from directly affecting the clothing during shipping.
What happens if my order is returned?
If UPS or USPS returns your order to us because the address is undeliverable or there was an error in the address when it was entered on washerestore.com, we will contact you for further instruction.
My package never arrived! Tracking says my package was delivered but I can’t find it.
Contact the mail service provider you selected at checkout, they are responsible for the delivery of your package. You can submit a claim for missing mail, or call customer service to get the details of your package and delivery.
